This notice applies to Emopi Diary. The following is disclosed in accordance with Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. For matters common to purchases on the App Store / Google Play, please also see the notice for Emopi and Emopi Diary.
Direct sales on this website are currently in preparation. Until they become available, only in-app purchase on the App Store / Google Play can be used.

- The core features of Emopi Diary are free to use. The price, subscription period, and contents of the paid plan (Emopi Diary Plus) are shown on the in-app purchase screen, on the product pages of each store (App Store / Google Play), or on the purchase screen of this website.Displayed prices include consumption tax and other applicable taxes where relevant. Prices may differ depending on the country or region, currency, exchange rates, taxes, and other settings.
- Costs other than the sale price
- Internet connection fees, data charges, and similar costs required to use the Service are borne by the customer.
- Payment methods
- - In-app purchase on the App Store or Google Play- Purchases on this website: credit card and the other methods shown on the purchase screen.Orders placed on this website are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all website orders: it processes payments, provides customer service inquiries for purchases, and handles returns and refunds.
- Payment timing
- - Initial purchase: charged through the relevant store or Paddle when the purchase of the paid plan is completed.- Free trial: where a free trial applies, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan and is charged unless it is cancelled before the end of the free period shown.- Renewal: charged automatically on the renewal date unless cancelled by the applicable deadline.
- Delivery of the service
- The Service is available immediately after payment is completed.
- Automatic renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same subscription period unless cancelled by the applicable deadline.- Store purchases: cancellation (stopping future automatic renewals) can be done from the subscription management screen of the store where the purchase was made.- Website purchases: cancellation can be done from the management link included in the receipt emails sent by Paddle, or by contacting our support at the email address above.Uninstalling the app or deleting the account shared by Emopi and Emopi Diary alone does not cancel the subscription.
- Returns and refunds
- Because of the nature of a digital service, returns after a purchase is confirmed, pro-rated refunds for cancelling mid-period, and other refunds are not available, except where required by law or permitted by the applicable policy.- Store purchases: whether a refund is available, its conditions, and the application and handling process follow the policy and prescribed procedures of the store where the purchase was made.- Website purchases: Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, handles returns and refunds in accordance with Paddle’s buyer terms.
